Clearing/weeding at the Edible Roundabout
It was nice to see so many people for the clearing/weeding at the Edible Roundabout. It was a sunny (but cold), efficient and very friendly morning!

Winter growing
Winter meeting
Not much to do during winter…but a lot of time for planning! That’s what we did at our last meeting, with great cookies and tea 🙂

Autumn planting at the Edible Roundabout
We had a lot of fun picking up leaves for compost and planting onions, garlic, mustard spinach (komatsuna) and peas. We also tried new labels made from slates.
Helping wildlife in our spaces
We planted a mix of wildflowers for bees and birds on the Edible Roundabout. They are now almost dried but we keep them – birds like them and they will reseed for next year.
New home for strawberries
We planted strawberries on the George IV Street space.
