We had a great time for our gardening workshop on Friday at our Daily Bread Space, harvesting the wheat, adding canes to support the plants and planting broccolis and chard for this winter.
Herbs are growing wonderfully well and we should have cherry tomatoes soon!
We had a nice time at Daily Bread Space adding soil in the raised beds and also planting beans and salad 🙂
We also harvested chard leaves and put them in the shop for free to everyone.

I sowed radish seeds a few weeks ago at Daily Bread Space and they are popping out!
We might have our first radishs in a few weeks 🙂
There are still edible plants you can harvest on our spaces, even if it is winter 🙂
The space is still looking wonderful in winter 🙂 Come and help yourself with herbs and chard!
We had a nice time adding soil to the beds, planting pak choi, herbs and field beans and sowing winter weat 🙂
We had plenty of green cherry tomatoes from the Daily Bread Space… so we decided to make jam!
Easiest recipe ever:
1kg of green tomatoes, juce of 2 lemons, 1 vanilla pod and 700g of sugar.
Cut the tomatoes, combine with the rest in a (very) big pan, boil to dissolve the sugar and cook at medium heat for 1hr…that’s it 🙂
We will keep a few sunflower seeds for next year and leave the rest for the birds 🙂
We had to cut down one of the tomato plants and harversted the green tomates hoping they will turn red in the next weeks…
