We had a wonderful weather for our Gardening club at 37 Lawrence Way! We prepared pots and sowed herbs for everyone to take back home. Everything is growing so well in this garden and we could even harvest some rhubarb and herbs.
Our next gardening club will be on 7th October. Save the date, as there will be plenty of tomatoes to harvest!
We had a wonderful sunny time for our second gardening club at 37 Lawrence Way!
We filled another raised beds in which we planted beans and sowed kale and onion. It was also so nice to see how what we planted last time had grown so beautifully.

We created a new edible garden at the North Cambridge Community Partnership to help them relaunch their gardening club.
Several giant raised beds were waiting for soil and plants to make this garden flourishing and inspire future gardeners. We had many families joining this wonderful event and they all enjoyed filling the raised beds in a permaculture way, plant many herbs and vegetable, saw seeds and even harvest onions!
The next gardening club is Saturday 12 August at 11am. Keep the date!
This garden looks so great, I’m sure we will all enjoy resting under the tree at our next gardening club session 🙂
We joined the gardening club at 37 Lawrence Way and helped to set up the planters in their front garden. Thank you to them for this great day and to the YMCA woodwork group for making the planters. The Kings Hedges community will soon have fruits and vegetables growing at 37 for everyone to enjoy!
